This model can be used to Recover Combustible Dusts such as
Dust Groups :
IIIA Combustible Flyings (lints of cotton, wood chips, etc.)
IIIB Non-Conductive Dusts (flour dust, grain dust, flour, sugar, starch, wood, plastic, carbonaceous dusts, coal, carbon black)
IIIC Conductive Dusts (combustible metal dust, aluminium, magnesium, commercial alloys)
ESD Safe Vacuum Systems for Hazardous Locations are designed to prevent ignition hazards.
We use metal parts or Static Dissipative Powder Coating to prevent Electrostatic Discharge (ESD)
- Powder Recovery System (PRS) for 3D Printing and Additive Manufacturing
- Suitable for all AM applications (both plastic & metal)
- Facilitates the extraction & recovery of powder from the AM machine powder bed and build chamber
- The integrated cyclonic pre-separator can separate and collect up to 98% of the powder before it enters the vacuum
- The powder is recovered in the detachable recovery tank made of stainless steel SAE 304
- Recovered powder can be easily disposed or re-used depending on the application
- Meets NFPA 484 for Powder and Dust Collection paragraph 11.2.4.4.1 – Cyclone without filter media
- ATEX & IECEx Certified for Conductive dusts Group IIIC
- Provides a very high protection level in the collection tank
